Nonlegal Educational Services

Law Coach LLC provides educational coaching, test-preparation support, admissions and career strategy, writing feedback, interview preparation, law-school success coaching, and bar-study support. These are nonlegal services.

Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice

Law Coach LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or law-firm services. The founder’s status as an attorney does not convert coaching into legal services.

No Attorney-Client Relationship or Privilege

Visiting the website, submitting a form, sending a message, downloading a resource, purchasing a package, or participating in coaching does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications and materials are not attorney-client privileged merely because the founder is an attorney. Law Coach LLC does not conduct a legal conflicts check for coaching clients.

No Outcome Guarantees

Law Coach LLC does not guarantee admission, scholarships, LSAT or other score increases, academic performance, grades, internships, employment, interview results, bar passage, professional licensing, or any other result. Clients remain responsible for their own effort, deadlines, submissions, decisions, and compliance obligations.

Academic and Professional Integrity

Coaching may include instruction, feedback, editing strategy, practice, and accountability. Law Coach LLC will not complete graded assignments, examinations, applications, writing samples, or professional work on a client’s behalf; misrepresent authorship; or assist with conduct that violates an honor code, employer rule, examination rule, licensing rule, or law.

No Institutional Affiliation

Law Coach LLC is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any law school, university, LSAC, NCBE, board of law examiners, government agency, bar authority, employer, or law firm. References to third-party organizations identify the context of coaching only.

Current Information

Admissions rules, examination formats, fees, deadlines, professional licensing requirements, and employment conditions change. Clients should verify current information with the relevant official organization before acting.

When Legal Advice Is Needed

Anyone needing advice about legal rights, obligations, disputes, character and fitness, immigration, employment law, contracts, or another legal matter should consult an appropriately licensed attorney for that matter.

This page is designed to keep Law Coach LLC’s nonlegal services distinct from legal services. A signed coaching agreement may contain additional terms.
