PACKAGE POLICIES

What to Expect Before You Purchase.

Payment & Onboarding

Payment is due before the first session or package begins unless a written payment plan is approved. Paid coaching begins only after the intake and coaching agreement are completed.

Rescheduling

A session may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. A late cancellation or reschedule request may count as a used session.

No-Shows

A client who has not joined within 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show. The session may count as completed and is not refundable.

Package Refunds

Within 7 days after purchase, a client may request a refund for unused services, less completed sessions, written work already delivered, nonrefundable processing fees, and any disclosed administrative cost. After 7 days, packages are generally nonrefundable, although a discretionary credit may be offered before the package expires.

Written Feedback

Standard turnaround is 3 business days after complete materials are received unless a different timeline is agreed. Delivered written feedback and digital materials are nonrefundable.

Scope & Integrity

Coaching provides strategy, teaching, feedback, and accountability. Law Coach LLC will not complete graded work, examinations, applications, or professional materials on a client’s behalf, and will not assist with honor-code violations or misrepresentation.

No package guarantees admission, scores, grades, employment, internships, bar passage, licensure, or any other outcome. The signed coaching agreement controls if its terms differ from this summary.
